We are currently seeking a highly skilled and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our prestigious client. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who possesses excellent computer skills and proficiency in using various software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as navigating the internet with ease. Position: Administrative Assistant Contract

Type: Temporary to Permanent (12 weeks), with the possibility of a permanent contract thereafter

Salary: £11 per hour


  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Utilize computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel, to create, edit, and format documents.
  • Conduct internet research and gather information as required.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.


  • Demonstrated proficiency in using computers and software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet browsing.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM


  • Competitive pay rate of £11 per hour.
  • Immediate start date, allowing you to get to work right away.
