Siamo take great pleasure in announcing an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our partner based in Cirencester.

Leaders across the Southwest in Vehicle Accident Repair, our client is driven in creating a deluxe customer experience and quality customer journey.

An individual with experience in the automotive industry, a natural flare and passion for Customer Service will be successful in this position. You will act as a frontline Ambassador ensuring representation of the company and values are portrayed with each client interaction whether it be through telephone, F2F or email.

Working closely with Parts Advisor and Vehicle Damage Assessment Teams you will support customers through their journey, ensuring initiative is taken and attention to detail within what can sometimes be a fast-paced environment.

This is a unique opportunity for a candidate with service experience to join a close and friendly team, supporting and generating long lasting relationships not just external but internal.

This Customer Service Advisor role will have the below responsibilities:

  • Representing the company on the frontline meeting and greeting clients
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail when diarising call backs etc.
  • Working in harmony with Parts Advisor and Vehicle Damage Assessment Teams in order to create a first-class customer journey.
  • Maintaining long and lasting relationships with Clients and internal staff.
  • Confidentially communicate between telephone, email and F2F
  • Providing sufficient business knowledge in line with client’s queries
  • Supporting the wider team in times of peak periods.


The ideal candidate for this Customer Service Advisor Vacancy will have:

  • Experience in a customer focused environment essential
  • Exposure within the automotive industry desirable but not essential
  • Articulate and charismatic communicator
  • IT Literate with understanding of Microsoft Packages
  • Positive, proactive mindset able to work under own initiative.
  • Curious, open to learning new parts of business if required
