Siamo is looking to recruit a dedicated On-Site Account Manager, for our prestigious contract based in Tamworth/Dordon (B78).
The Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the on-site service and relationships from Recruitment and Shift allocation to completing payroll whilst maintaining/retaining a quality workforce. You will also be responsible for ensuring site compliance and all the component parts of our service level agreement, ensuring client requirements are always fulfilled.
Main Responsibilities include:
Delivering high level of customer service to the client and the colleagues
Sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
Writing and delivering reports on KPI’s
Managing employee's performance and conduct
Processing weekly payroll
Developing effective relationships with the customer
Understanding the needs of the customer and consistently over delivering
Scheduling employee shifts and availability
Dealing with candidate queries
Hours:
Monday - Friday from 7am to 4pm with flexibility to work outside of these hours based on the needs of the business and client.
Salary: From £25,500 per annum dependent upon experience

Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suit
Experience within recruitment industry is preferred
Full driving license, able to commute and be contactable outside of office hours when necessary
