Siamo are working closely with a respected partner based in Fairford, looking to invite a new Production/Yard Operative into their friendly team.

This role offers varied work, along with great progression opportunities, therefore being a Temporary – Permanent Opportunity!

This opportunity comes at £10.75 Per Hour + an Attendance bonus!

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Carry out general timber production and factory duties

· Uphold health and safety standards/ procedures

· Maintain good housekeeping in the yard

· Prepare timber frames

· Ensure that production processes are being carried out properly

· Working within a fast paced environment

· Use a pressing machine on the timber

· A physical role which will require heavy lifting

· Experience within a Timber/ Builders Merchant is desirable but not essential!

The ideal Candidate for this Production/Yard Operative will have the following:

· Previous exposure within Yard and Production work.

· Ability to work as a team and under own initiative

· Attention to detail and health and safety regulations

· Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
