We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join an established recruitment organisation. We are looking for someone to join the office in Leicester with the aim of developing business.
The role is varied and fast-paced and we are looking for someone to come in with the determination to win new business.
The Recruitment Consultant position involves a lot of sales to gain new business, as well as recruiting staff to fill the vacancies you bring on.
No day is the same; you will be doing telephone sales and face-to-face meetings, as well attending sites to support inductions, to ensure the best possible service.
We are looking for someone outgoing and confident who has a full driving licence and own vehicle.
