This role is a temporary position active across 7 weeks and will offer a salary of £14.00-£15.00 per hour.

This Office Assistant role will have the below responsibilities:
· Liaising with Clients via telephone, email or F2F
· Organising quotes and contracts with suppliers and contractors
· Receiving and distributing deliveries accordingly
· Managing Stock control levels i.e., stationary, and general supplies
· Actively playing a role with health and safety protocols
· Assisting and reporting to the Head of Office Management
The ideal candidate for this Office Assistant Vacancy will have:
· Previous exposure in administration and customer service role is essential.
· Competent in Microsoft Office and Excel programs
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
· A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work under own initiative.
