An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Office Administrator to join Siamo’s close partner based in Swindon. Leaders in the Healthcare sector our client services healthcare businesses all over the UK, providing facilities management support, biomedical engineering, and consultancy services. Any exposure in these areas would be advantageous however not essential.

This opportunity welcomes an individual with an interest and passion within the Healthcare sector, looking to join a small and friendly team.

Communication will be a key component as you will be conducting telephone support to clients and staff across the UK.

This an exciting time to join a growing company, with clear progression routes for the successful candidate.

This vacancy will provide a base salary of £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.

This Office Administrator role will have the below responsibilities:

  • Providing an excellent service over telephone, email and F2F with customers and suppliers.
  • Maintaining and building client and supplier relationships via continuous communication
  • Providing Administrative support to the surrounding teams
  • Maintaining stock control levels
  • Preparation of Cost Approval Forms and Quotations for clients
  • Preparing Purchase orders
  • Maintain detailed and accurate notes from any calls taken or made
  • Reporting to management with any queries

The ideal candidate for this Office Administrator Vacancy will have:

  • Previous exposure within the Healthcare and/or Administrative sector being essential
  • Experience raising cost approvals, quotations and purchase orders being desirable but not essential
  • Proficient knowledge of MS office products
  • Competent and clear communicator with written and verbal skills.
  • Positive and pro-active mindset to support a small team
