ANNUAL SALARY OF £24,877 (AM) OR £28,122 (PM)

Unipart is currently looking to recruit permanent warehouse operatives for a brand new site based in Mercia area DE12.

Shifts:
You will be working 5 days a week Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm for the interim period while training, then moving to the fixed AM (6:00 am - 2:30pm) or PM (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm) shifts Monday to Friday

Salary:
£24,877 for AM shifts or £28,122 for PM shifts (per annum)

OT Rate: 1.3 during the week after 40h or 1.5 on weekends

Key responsibilities:
Pick, check, store and pack goods, either manually or using our RF technology, which we’ll train you to use so you always get the best results
Keep track of anything that’s not right, including errors, damages or quality issues so that these can be resolved quickly and easily
Use our computer systems and manual records to input the latest data relevant to what you’ll be working on
Help us make the site a great, safe place to work, by taking an active part in our health and safety awareness program and processes
Be listened to with any ideas for improvements, so be sure to make your voice heard.

About You
A good communicator, and happy to work with all of your colleagues
Able to follow instructions to help get the job done
It’s a fast paced, busy place, so you’ll be cool under pressure, but happy to meet targets and deadlines
Focused on accuracy with good attention to detail
You know your way around a computer so that you are able to input data
Previous experience of working in a warehouse environment would be great
You’ll be aware of health and safety regulations, including manual handling
