Our client is looking for a confident communicator looking to develop a strong career within Customer Service managing large customer portfolio’s and provide product support to their clients. Supporting the Sales Director this is an excellent opportunity for a individual.
This Trainee Customer Service role will provide a varied workload from quoting, customer service, aftersales support and actioning customer orders.
£22,000.00 - £23,000.00
Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:30pm
20 Days + Bank Holidays Annual Leave Allowance
Free Onsite Parking
This Trainee Customer Service role will have the following responsibilities:
Providing support to customers calling in regarding products, orders and aftersales queries
Quoting for customers on products
Working from a shared mailbox actioning customer queries and orders
Logging all customer orders and notes on an internal CRM systems
Small amounts of accounts duties working on invoices
Working in a team of 4 actioning business requirements
Providing aftersales support with customers
The ideal candidate for this Trainee Customer Service role will have:
Strong communication skills with the ability to converse with all levels
Attentive and ability to log important customer data
Driven, with an aptitude to develop and learn
Previous customer service would advantageous
Previous experience logging customer details
Full UK Driving License due to rural location
