The package supporting this vacancy:
- £25,000 Base Salary
- Mon-Fri 09:00am – 17:30pm
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays annual leave entitlement
- Free parking on-site
This Senior Customer Service Executive role will have the below responsibilities:
- Dealing With Telephone Queries from Clients Efficiently
- Strong and Confident Relationship Maintaining with Clients, Suppliers and Partners
- Ensuring a Professional and Strong Service Performance through all medias of communication with Clients, Suppliers, and Partners
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
- Logging and Maintaining Notes and Data Recorded
- Working as Part of a Friendly and Growing Team Adhering to Company Procedures
