Package offered to Customer Service Agents:
- £10.50 - £11.50 per hours (Role dependent)
- Monday - Friday (Flexible)
- 09:30 am - 17:00 pm (Flexible)

Key responsibilities for a Customer Service Agent:
- Lead qualifying
- Lead generating
- Venue booking
- Managing & maintain customer and client list.
- Processing accurate information for both customer and Client
- Managing own targets
- Being the best version of yourself
Main Requirements of a customer service agent:
- Customer service experience
- Clear communication skills
- Amazing phone manner
- Confidence

- Taking pride in own work
