Production Operative - Immediate Start

Siamo are pleased to work with a fast-growing family company in Malmesbury who are looking to onboard Production Operative(s) on a temporary to permanent basis.
This role will be basic production work using laser cutters where full training will be provided.

You will join a fun and hard working team all working towards the same goal. This role would suit someone with a previous background in warehousing or production work.

As a production operative you’ll be a crucial part of the business to ensure customers receive high quality products and efficient service.

The Role:

• Malmesbury
• Must be able to drive due to rural location
• Onsite Parking
• Monday – Friday: 6:30am - 15:00pm
• £10.60 per hour
• Overtime paid at 2x basic wage

As a Production Operative, you will have the following daily duties:

• Quality checking for damaged or missing items Producing products whilst working with online systems and using cutting machines
• Working to deadlines to ensure all orders are prepared
• Working in a team Prepare, load and unload vehicles
• General tidying and ensuring work areas are kept safe
• Cross checking paperwork

The ideal person for this Production Operative, role will:

• Warehouse / Production experience is desirable
• Must have own transport due to remote area
• Previously worked in a production based environment
• Have a positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy are key to the smooth running of the entire operation
