Sales Administrator - £23,000 p.a – Based in Luton


Siamo is recruiting for a Sales Administrator for one of our clients based in Luton.


The suitable candidate will assist with the following tasks:-

  • Processing sales orders taken via our website, email or by phone
  • Processing carrier documents and following up on any missed deliveries etc.
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with related enquiries.
  • Making telephone calls, for example to customers, suppliers and carriers
  • Processing some purchase orders.
  • Various general administration related tasks which assist the business operation.

Ideal candidate skills

  • Good time management
  • Efficient and well organised
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite – predominantly Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills including a professional telephone manner
  • A good team player and flexible to the demands of the business
  • Self motivated


The working hours are :-


Monday - Thursday 8.00 am - 16.30 hrs

Friday 8.00 am - 16.00 hrs


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £23,000.00 per year
