Sales Administrator - £23,000 p.a – Based in Luton
Siamo is recruiting for a Sales Administrator for one of our clients based in Luton.
The suitable candidate will assist with the following tasks:-
- Processing sales orders taken via our website, email or by phone
- Processing carrier documents and following up on any missed deliveries etc.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with related enquiries.
- Making telephone calls, for example to customers, suppliers and carriers
- Processing some purchase orders.
- Various general administration related tasks which assist the business operation.
Ideal candidate skills
- Good time management
- Efficient and well organised
- Proficient in MS Office Suite – predominantly Word and Excel
- Good communication skills including a professional telephone manner
- A good team player and flexible to the demands of the business
- Self motivated
The working hours are :-
Monday - Thursday 8.00 am - 16.30 hrs
Friday 8.00 am - 16.00 hrs
