Role: Credit Controller

Job Specification:

• Closely monitoring outstanding debt, manage Credit Control, Cash Collection
• Following up with customers on overdue invoices via phone & email on a daily basis
• Logging remittances received
• Credit Holds
• Sending credit application form's (as per Purchase's Requests)
• Setting up Credit Accounts from returned applications
• Credit Term Extension
• Sending Proforma Invoices (as per Purchase's Requests)
• Finance Inbox Management
• Assisting & providing cover for the Accounts Assistant as required

• Attention to detail and logical
• Able to establish and maintain professional interpersonal relationships
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to organise and prioritise completion of multiple tasks in a timely fashion
• Ability to accurately document, record and maintain information and data
• Approaches work with a high sense of urgency

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must have experience in a similar type role
• Profound knowledge of Microsoft-based applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
