Warehouse Operative

We are working alongside our longstanding client who are currently recruiting for a number of Warehouse Operatives to work within a fantastic company based in Sandy within the food production industry. Immediate start date with on going work

Job description-

To check that all packaging is of the highest standard of hygiene & Food Safety

To record all products packed or moved

Lifting pallets

Clear up debris/spillages and damaged packaging in a timely manner

Reporting any issues to the supervisor & Quality Auditor

General manual handling and lifting duties as required

Operating pallet trucks (including electric hand pallet truck)

Operating Forklift Truck (optional)

Person specifications-

Previous warehouse experience is preferable

Good team worker

Good English or Polish level

Basic understanding of food manufacturing standards (optional)

A flexible approach to work

All necessary training will be provided on the job

Shift-

Monday - Friday 

6am – 2:30pm + overtime available

£10.50 per hour

Transportation can be provided for surrounding areas!
