Job Specification:

• Purchase Request Processing - ordering & confirming receipt
• Liaising with suppliers & continuously reviewing suppliers for potential cost savings
• Managing office supply stock for all offices
• Managing office legal requirements - PAT testing, Health & Safety Assessments etc.
• Overseeing general office maintenance - relating to printers, hot taps , coffee machines etc
• General reception duties - greeting visitors, accepting deliveries etc
• Assisting with preparations for new starters - new starter kits, travel bookings etc
• Assisting with office relocations
• Assisting with company car management/inspections
• Analysing employee mileage & expense claims
• Assisting with Company Event Organisation - sourcing/booking venues, hotels etc
• Assisting other HQ team by taking calls from customers & engineers, as & when required
• Other Adhoc duties when required
• Visits to other offices will be required quarterly

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to establish and maintain professional interpersonal relationships
• Ability to accurately document, record and maintain information and data
• Ability to work with high self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritising multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
• Integrity – the role requires appropriate handling of confidential and sensitive information

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be educated to degree level (Bachelor’s degree - any discipline)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft-based applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience in administrative role desirable, but not essential
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
• Must hold a full driving licence
