Trainee Customer Service Executive

Our client is looking for a confident communicator looking to develop a strong career within Customer Service managing large customer portfolio’s and provide product support to their clients. Supporting the Sales Director this is an excellent opportunity for a individual.
This Trainee Customer Service role will provide a varied workload from quoting, customer service, aftersales support and actioning customer orders.
The Package:
- £22,000.00 - £23,000.00
- Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:30pm
- 20 Days + Bank Holidays Annual Leave Allowance

This Trainee Customer Service role will have the following responsibilities:
- Providing support to customers calling in regarding products, orders and aftersales queries
- Quoting for customers on products
- Working from a shared mailbox actioning customer queries and orders
- Logging all customer orders and notes on an internal CRM systems
- Small amounts of accounts duties working on invoices
- Working in a team of 4 actioning business requirements
- Providing aftersales support with customers
The ideal candidate for this Trainee Customer Service role will have:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to converse with all levels
- Attentive and ability to log important customer data
- Driven, with an aptitude to develop and learn
- Previous customer service would advantageous
- Previous experience logging customer details
- Full UK Driving License due to rural location
