We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a leading company with a proven brand within their industry. Looking to onboard a Customer Service Executive to their growing operations team.


Our client is looking for a confident communicator looking to develop a strong career within Customer Service managing large customer portfolio’s and provide product support to their clients. Supporting the Sales Director this is an excellent opportunity for a individual.


This Trainee Customer Service role will provide a varied workload from quoting, customer service, aftersales support and actioning customer orders.



The Package:


  • £22,000.00 - £23,000.00
  • Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:30pm

This Trainee Customer Service role will have the following responsibilities:


  • Providing support to customers calling in regarding products, orders and aftersales queries
  • Quoting for customers on products
  • Working from a shared mailbox actioning customer queries and orders
  • Logging all customer orders and notes on an internal CRM systems
  • Small amounts of accounts duties working on invoices
  • Working in a team of 4 actioning business requirements
  • Providing aftersales support with customers


The ideal candidate for this Trainee Customer Service role will have:


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to converse with all levels
  • Attentive and ability to log important customer data
  • Driven, with an aptitude to develop and learn
  • Previous customer service would advantageous
  • Previous experience logging customer details
  • Full UK Driving License due to rural location
