Installation and Maintenance Technician

Siamo are currently looking to recruit an Installation and Maintenance Technician on behalf of our esteemed partner who specialises in gym and sporting equipment, looking to grow their team.

Working at the heart of the business you will have a hands-on approach, making sure delivery and installation of all products is dealt with effectively and efficiently. An individual with a passion for exceptional customer service also, will fit this role.

This role will require someone of a dedicated and a natural high standard mentality, with the ability to understand and ensure measures of service are maintained to a high level.

The Package Supporting This Vacancy:

• £27,000 Base Salary
• Mon- Thurs 09:00am- 17:00pm, Fri 09:00am – 16:30pm

          (Some flexibility may be required)

• Annual Bonus Scheme
• In house training
• Company Van Provided

This Installation and Maintenance Technician Role Will Have the Below Responsibilities:

• Travelling to client destinations over England and Wales to install, service or repair the necessary equipment housed
• Providing the warehouse with support such as prepping orders, palleting and building
• Manning an efficient and effective delivery of equipment and installation processes
• Supporting during exhibitions and shows the company may take place in (2-3 shows per year max) Possibility of weekend working or overnight stays required but not frequently.

The Ideal Candidate For this Installation and Maintenance Technician Vacancy Will Have:

• A full UK driving licence
• Competent (good) customer service skills with confidence to be on site building effective and long lasting relationships
• Experience with manual handling
• The ability to work in an accurate measure with high attention to detail carried out over every task
• Previous experience in equipment servicing and maintenance (preferable although training is provided)
• Forklift licence is desirable but not essential
• Covid vaccinated
