Business Focused Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong focus on business and client development to join our team. As a BFRC, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing a high level of customer service throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

·      Identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.

·      Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

·      Proactively sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.

·      Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

·      Negotiating salary and other job offer terms with candidates on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Goal-oriented and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

·      Experience using recruitment databases, social media, and other sourcing tools.

·      A passion for sales and business development, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients together with proven experience.
