Onsite Recruitment Consultant - Full -Time

Siamo Recruitment is looking for a keen, organised, flexible individual to support our onsite team based at a site in Mercia DE12 8AA area.  This is a brand new warehouse and is a great opportunity to make a name for yourself and we are looking for an immediate start

This role involves:
Calling new candidates and vetting them for new positions
Meeting and greeting candidates for a site visit
Chasing any outstanding admin and/or legal compliance prior to new candidates starting
Dealing with basic administrative duties relating to existing staff
Arranging inductions and liaising with the client
Maintaining an audit report relating to all staff
Other general office duties
Supporting Siamo's onsite manager
Ideally some previous experience in administrative and/or recruitment work would be ideal

Hours:
This role is planned to be from Monday - Friday. However some flexibility may be required based on the needs of the business.
We are looking for someone working either a 8am-5pm.
There will be an expectation for some weekend working (when required) as well as shared responsibility for an out of hours’ mobile phone. 

Pay:
Salary up to 23,000 per year depending on experience

Main responsibilities:
Deliver a high level of customer service
Source candidates and conduct interviews
Develop effective relationships with the customer
Understand the needs of the customer and aim to over deliver
Schedule employee’s shifts and deal with their availability
Deal with candidate queries
Organise Data and preparing KPI'S
