Nights Production Operative

Siamo Recruitment are working with a leading company who produce high quality condiments to join their growing Production department. This vacancy is for a Production Operative to join their team on a night shift. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and leading client based in Wiltshire.

This Production Operative vacancy will require a hands on individual with a keen mindset to develop a career within a passionate organisation.

Vacancy Overview:

• Temporary with the view to go permanent in 12 weeks
• £13.65 Per Hour with overtime paid on 1.5x basic
• Monday – Friday 22:30pm – 07:00am with 50 minutes break
• Free onsite parking
• Full PPE provided
• Onsite facilities including dinner
• FULL training provided

This Production Operative will have the following responsibilities:

• Production line prep ahead of product creation
• Cooking of products to create condiments
• Working in a team to ensure processes run smoothly
• Working a range of areas
• Ensuring equipment is performing correctly
• Cleaning of work stations to ensure regulations are met
• Reporting to supervisors

The ideal candidate for this Production Operative vacancy will have:

• Previous production line exposure is essential
• Ability to work well in a team
• Ability to effectively communicate with the team
• Experience working to deadlines
• Full UK Driving License due to remote location
• Previous experience working a night shift
