Client Service Executive
We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a leading Insurance brand with an expanding team looking to recruit a Client Service Executive. This role will require excellent customer service dealing with our companies clients, managing existing and setting up new Financial Advisers.
This Client Service Executive role will have customer service, administrative and account management responsibilities.
Our client provides the below package and benefits:
- Monday – Friday 08:45am – 17:00pm
- £22,000 - £23,000 Base Salary
- 10 pension scheme non-contributory
- 10% annual salary bonus scheme

This Client Support Executive role will have the below responsibilities:
- Be the point of call for clients when requesting further company information and quotes
- Setting up of new customers to our client (Including sending off terms of business)
- Quoting renewals and manage existing clients
- Deal with clients queries effectively
- Logging all customer details on the internal CRM
- Provide solution to any customer complaints
- Run customer and company credit checks
- Report any escalations to line manager
The ideal candidate for this Client Support Executive vacancy will have:
- Previous Insurance experience would be advantageous
- Previous Customer Service and Administration experience is essential
- Proven exposure logging client details via a CRM
- Confident dealing with customers via telephone, Microsoft TEAMs or f2f
- Naturally confident in building relationships with customers
- Self-driven with a key driver to provide an excellent service
- Microsoft Office Proficient including Microsoft Excel
