We here at Siamo Recruitment are recruiting for an Office Assistant to join a growing company with a key requirement for an individual to become the face of their business, this Office Assistant will have a varied role from being the receptionist, meeting and greeting guests and ensuring the office is kept up to the high qualities required.

 

This Office Assistant role will allow you to integrate into all of the departments of the company and become fundamental to the strong brand our client provides.

 

You will have a fine blend of administrative tasks, managing suppliers and ensuring meetings are booked and prepped for accordingly.

 

Our client provides the below package and benefits:

 

  • A starting salary of £21,000 Per annum
  • Monday – Friday 08:00am – 16:30pm

This Office Assistant role will have the below responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for front of house duties, reception and welcoming people to the office
  • Managing the facilities mailbox and action requirements
  • Ordering office supplies as and when required
  • Liaising with suppliers and arranging required (office lunches, facilities and first aid supplies)
  • Managing site fire wardens, first aiders and health and safety officers
  • Managing boardroom diaries ensuring meetings are booked inline with requirements

 

 

The ideal candidate for this Office Assistant vacancy will have:

 

  • Previous facilities or office management experience
  • A confident communicator with the ability to converse with all levels
  • Attentive and ability to manage a varied workload
  • Previous exposure dealing with suppliers
  • Microsoft Office proficient with the ability to use Excel
  • Ability to work with a large team and support the office requirements
