Apprenticeship Trainer Part Time

We are very excited about 2023! Siamo Training are growing rapidly this year and we need more talented trainers to join our team to deliver a first-class learner experience across the UK.

We are looking for both full and part time trainers in locations across the UK and as much of our delivery can be conducted remotely we are interested in speaking to you wherever you live – if you fit with our values of honesty, accountability, respect and passion then we will do our best to welcome you onboard!

Who are we?

Siamo Training are part of Siamo Group. We are rated GOOD by Ofsted (May 2022), Matrix accredited for the last 12 years running, we place quality of training above quantity of learners, so your caseload won’t exceed 40 learners, and will more likely be around 35. You will have a superb and supportive manager and director and we offer a competitive salary.

We are looking for 2-3 full time trainers to deliver Team Leader or Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship and 1 or 2 part-time to deliver the same qualification.

The courses we currently deliver are: Team Leader or Supervisor Level 3, Sales Level 4, Digital Marketing Level 3, Customer Services Level 3, Operations and Department Manager Level 5 and Senior Leader Level 7. The ability to deliver multiple disciplines would be very welcome.
