Warehouse Operative - Immediate Start

Are you a hands-on individual who enjoys with Warehouse experience, looking for a new opportunity within the Cirencester area?

Siamo are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy client who buy, assemble, and sell infrastructure into the UK electric rail network. This will be a hands-on role which involves a degree of heavy lifting, and outside work.

This role could potentially involve production line work for the right candidate, including assembly, which is a great opportunity to build a valuable skillset.

This role is initially a 4-6 week contract with the potential to be extended.

Shift:

• Monday – Friday

• 8:00am – 4:30pm
• £10.50 per hour
• Free onsite parking
• Break rooms and coffee machines

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing parts for dispatch
• Quality checking of all products prior to dispatch
• Checking in goods from delivery notes with high attention to detail
• Keeping site tidy
• Potential forklift driving (training can be provided)
• Carrying materials around site using good health and safety practices
• General labouring duties
• Assembly of rail materials

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous warehouse experience
• Ability to work well in a team, as well as individually where required
• Have steel-toe safety boots
• Have a can-do attitude, and the ability to work well within a team
• Be happy to partake in outdoor, manual work with occasional heavy lifting
