Assembley Operators - Required Immediate - Excellent rates of pay

Siamo Recruitment working alongside our long standing international client are currently recruiting for Assembly and Test Operatives to work within a fantastic company based in Luton.

We are looking for Machine Operators to produce, assemble, test and pack mechanical components within a friendly production environment.

Pay:

First 12 weeks:

Earlies - £11.04
Lates - £11.52
Overtime rates first 12 weeks £14.40
Saturday and £19.20 Sunday
 

After 12 weeks:

Earlies - £12.82
Lates - £13.38
Overtime rates after 12 weeks £16.41
Saturday and £21.88 Sunday 
 

There are three rotating shifts that change every 2 weeks:

06:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 22:00

Working days are:

Monday to Friday premium rate overtime available for weekends. Fantastic pay rates – increasing after 12 weeks
 
Experience/Qualifications:

Previous assembly, testing and validation experience would be a distinct advantage however full training is provided
Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced production or test environment. 
Be well organised and self-motivated. Have attention to detail as accuracy is paramount
Be able to work on their own as well as part of a team
Have good timekeeping and attendance
