Siamo Group are looking for additional staff to work for our client in Hinckley - we are inducting on Wed 1st March for these roles on the clients site

Hours of work and pay

  • Shifts– 0530 or 0700 starts - finish typically at 2pm
  • Pay: £10.27 p/h

Our Warehouse Operatives/Parcel Sorters are responsible for:

  • Preparing the site for the night shift parcel sortation team
  • Moving Pallets and roll cages to location
  • Hygiene (sweeping up and bailing cardboard)
  • Assisting with any other duties as required

Essential Skills & Experience Required

  • Comply with company and health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
  • Ensure scanning compliance
  • Physical fitness


The right candidate must be physically fit as there is heavy lifting involved, have excellent multi-tasking skills, work well under pressure and have previous experience working in a busy warehouse environment.

  • A 'can do' attitude who enjoys variety in the working day with the ability to maintain levels of focus for the repetitive aspects of the role

  • Great communication skills with the ability to work well with others providing help and support to seasonal colleagues who join the team at our busiest production times
  • A flexible and adaptable mind set in order to respond effectively and efficiently to changing production requirements


Requirements:
In order to be considered you must provide two proofs of current address dated within the last 3 months, one of which must be a utility bill such as gas, electric, telephone, water, council tax or council rent book.
