Warehouse Operative - STARTS MONDAY FEBRUARY 27th

WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE

IMMEDIATE START

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Siamo Recruitment is looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their team on-site in Bedford (MK43)

Shifts: Any 5 days out of 7 shifts

AM - 06:00 - 14:00 OR

PM - 14:00 -22:00

(will include weekends so must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays)

Rates:

AM £10.85/h (increases after 12 weeks and 6 months)

PM £12.34/h (increases after 12 weeks and 6 months)

The Role:

Picking and Packing customer grocery orders using a voice pick system
Decanting and scanning products to go into stock
Loading and despatching Must be physically fit - some heavy lifting involved Excellent chance of permanent position once targets are hit and 13 weeks are done
Role involves handling packaged meat and alcohol in a chilled environment (0 - +5 degrees)

Requirements:

Hard work and passion. You don’t need Warehouse experience. Just be focused the job in-hand and we’ll teach you the rest
A positive and flexible attitude. Self-motivated, always looking for the best in every situation
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Commitment to hit targets
Ability to work in a target driven environment
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Attention to detail and able to work to a high level of accuracy whilst working quickly
