Siamo is looking to recruit for an IM Support Workstreams for a well-known client based in Normanton.

You will be working Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm from home, but will be expected to visit the site for meetings as required.

Salary up to £22,335.55 per year pro-rated depending on experience

The role:

To support the administrative requirements across the IM department through the execution of various SOP’s and other ad-hoc data requests. The role will focus upon ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner and in a cohesive format which supports visual metrics and analysis. It also entails analysing data, performing reconciliations and following through on request in order to meet the requirements of multiple clients.

Competencies, skills & experience:

Familiarity with Excel & Google Sheets including data import, data lookups and pivot tables to an intermediary level at minimum

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word for Mail-merge and other general mail functions.

Ability to run basic database queries preferred

Ability to follow SOP’s

Ability to prioritise tasks Excellent, clear and concise written and oral communication

Proven ability to work under pressure in challenging and constantly changing environments and to tight deadlines Possess high numeracy and accuracy skills with attention to detail Ability to work using own initiative

Having a sound understanding of Logistics & Warehousing would be highly advantageous
