We are searching for a Admin Assistant to join our new client on a permanent basis. The company specialises in providing fantastic customer service where customers can relax knowing that their exhibition, marketing campaign or product launch will be completely taken care of.
This job would suit someone who enjoys a varied role working for a small family business, loves talking to customers, liaising with suppliers, sourcing new products and meeting deadlines and best of all receiving a nice thank you from the customer when the order is complete!
You can also enjoy the bonus of flexible working hours during non-peak times and being able to work from home one day a week.
Working hours and Salary:
Up to 24 hours per week flexible Monday-Friday
Salary from £21,000.00-£28,000.00 per Year Pro Rata
Some of the jobs you'll be doing ...
Answering reception phone and emails promptly
Following up customer quotes, enquiries, and web leads
Using the CRM system to add new clients and update existing client notes
General customer services
Finding suitable supplies and suppliers
Arranging collections and deliveries
Following up with suppliers and customers for updates, keeping everyone as up to date as possible
General office work
Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes:
UK Driver’s License
A can-do attitude
Good IT Skills
Ability to approach challenges logically and deliver outcomes
Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A drive for time-bound completion of tasks
Ability to work in, and adapt to, a rapidly changing environment
Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others to complete tasks
Highly organised individual with a methodical working style
Ability to manage and prioritise workload and time to meet strict deadlines
