Experienced Landscaping Team Leader - Join our Team

Due to newly awarded commercial and new house building landscape contracts, we’re on the hunt for experienced and professional Landscaping Team Leaders to join our Alvechurch based team, ready to take on a new role within the Midlands area.

What we’re looking for…

If you’re skilled at either soft or hard landscaping (bonus points for both!) and are hard-working and reliable with a positive attitude, you’d be the perfect fit!

You’ll need a full UK driving license and experience of supervising a landscaping team to apply.

What the role will involve…

Working along side our Contracts Managers and clients to undertake and supervise the work of your Landscape Team of 1 to 2 operatives.

Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to the customers’ satisfaction

Training and development of other team members

Essential Skills:

3+ years landscape experience

Full UK driving license

Desirable Skills:

CSCS Card, Towing, excavator, dumper, compact tractor, PA1/PA6, Fencing & Timber Work

salary-£11.00 - £13.50ph Depending on experience.
