Siamo are looking for new Internal Recruiter.

Our client is one of fastest growing distribution companies with-in the Automotive Oil and Lubrications industry, due to on going growth and expansion plans they are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner.

Our client has become a driving force in the UK and Ireland’s automotive industry, supplying high quality engine oils and lubricants and a wide range of other products. Since launching in Milton Keynes in 2019, They were recently named as a Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce Platinum Business Partner. The company is a market leader in the distribution of transmission, gear and industrial oils, operating fluids such as antifreeze, coolants, brake fluids, hydraulic fluids, greases, and sealants and also supplies fuel, oil, and coolant system additives, some of which use advanced ester-based technology.


What to Expect as Internal Recruiter:

  • £28,000.00 - £35,000.00

Key Requirements of a Internal Recruiter:

  • HR or Recruitment proven back ground (1 Year Minimum Experience)
  • Ability to develop & maintain relationships with Universities & other educational institutions
  • Passionate about helping other people develop
  • Keen interest in HR and Recruitment
  • Ability to learn and develop an understanding of companies brand

Main Duties of a Internal Recruiter (But not Limited to):

  • Lead on research & implementation of new Resourcing processes, systems, methodologies etc, ensuring the continuous development of a best-in-class resourcing function
  • Sourcing directly and delivering end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all open roles, using creative sourcing methods to develop a network of quality candidates
  • Providing value added service to hiring managers e.g. management reporting, quarterly industry updates, competitor information, recruitment briefings & check-ins
  • Tracking & analysing recruitment metrics – time to hire, quality of hire, source success rates vs cost, candidate & hiring manager feedback; creating action plans based on these metrics
  • Overseeing recruitment & headcount budgets – ensuring accurate tracking & measurement, ensuring relevant approvals are in place in advance of initiating recruitment activity
  • Managing & developing company employer brand, including reputation management on careers community sites / social media
