Purchase Ledger Administrator
Siamo Recruitment are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger to join our growing client based in South Cerney. This opportunity is for a Purchase Ledger with experience in employee expenses, invoicing and reconciling debit card payments. This is an exciting time to develop and grow within an organisation that have grown over 20% in 2022.
Our client is a leader within the construction and site services industry. Providing a full time opportunity in their finance department to report into the financial controller.
This role will allow hybrid working with 1 day working from home a week.
A brief overview of the role:
- Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:00pm
- Based in South Cerney with free onsite parking
- 1 day working from home
- £11.50 per hour
- Weekly pay
This Purchase Ledger role will have the following responsibilities:
- Liaising with external customers
- Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner adhering to supplier terms and conditions
- Completing monthly statement reconciliations to agreed deadlines
- Ensuring weekly payment runs in accordance with supplier payment terms
- Collaborating with the Finance Manager to complete payment runs
- Processing and paying credit card statements
- Processing employee expenses
The ideal candidate for this Purchase Ledger role will have the following:
- Previous Purchase Ledger experience is essential
- Confident communicator
- High attention to detail
- Previous exposure processing expenses
- Full UK Driving License due to rural location
