Siamo are looking for CNC Millers - HAAS and MAZAK.

Whats offered to a CNC Miller - Setter/ Operator/ Programmer.

• £18.00 - £20.00 Per Hour (Experience Dependant)
• Mon - Thurs: 07:00 - 15:30 Fri: 07:00 - 15:00

Key Responsibilities of a CNC Miller - Setter/ Operator/ Programmer.

• Experience using HAAS and MAZAK machines

• Have experience working to high standard machining tolerances.

• Mazatrol programming and setting knowledge would be beneficial. 

• Solid Cam, 3D models, off board programming Preferable. 

• Have experience working with Ferrous and Non-Ferrous billet materials.

• Reading works orders and engineers drawings.

• Programming/Setting/operating machines.

• Liaise with production manager regarding production schedules.

• Self-inspection of own work.

Main Skills as a CNC Miller - Setter/ Operator/ Programmer.

• Excellent Knowledge of Setting/ Operating/ Programming and Turning with HAAS and MAZAK
• Quality and Quantity checking own work
• Team Work
• Work form own Initiative 
• Good understanding of HAAS and MAZAK
