Marketing Executive – PPC & SEO

My Client is the largest independent furniture retailer in the Midlands. We are looking for an experienced PPC Executive or Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing Digital Team and run paid advertising in-house including search and social. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing robust marketing campaigns through the use of paid and organic traffic.

The Acquisition Executive should have knowledge and experience in paid digital advertising tools such as Meta Ads Manager and Google and Bing Ads, Pinterest, YouTube and Twitter. Furthermore, ability to create professional and engaging marketing ads and copies.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 26k-30k

Working schedule: Monday To Friday

Location: B32 Postcode - Smethwick

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan, develop, implement, track and optimise all paid marketing campaigns and channels including search and social
  • Create and build campaign strategy, research keywords, analyse competitors and continue testing and optimisation
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and all facets of paid search following corporate objectives
  • Maintain company image, and promotional objectives, and adhere to terms and conditions when building ads and ad copies
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and all top-level account metrics Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives
  • Test, implement and optimise digital search campaigns as well as paid social media campaigns across all areas of the business to drive customer engagement and ROI.
  • Work on continuously improving paid advertisements by increasing CTR, quality score, conversions, conversion rates, and increasing ROAS
  • Landing page optimisation / implementation
  • Creative testing and optimisation
  • Competitor analysis
  • Track, measure and report all activity in line with performance-based KPIs and benchmarks
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry news, and best practices

Requirements Include:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent
  • At least 1-year experience in a similar role
  • Analytics and numerical
  • Knowledge of reporting platforms such as Analytics and Data Studio
  • Excellent knowledge of advertising platforms
