Siamo recruitment are partnering with a market leading organisation, with the aim of hiring a Office Administrator on 12 month fixed Term Contract, which is highly likely to be permanent following the 12 month period due to continuous growth.

This role will see you working within the commercial team, where you will be supporting the invoicing process for labour provision nationwide, using internal systems to process paperwork and supporting internal departments.

This role would suit someone with a solid background within Invoicing, Payroll, and timesheets, looking for an immediate start role, that wants to build the foundations of their career in a forward-thinking company.

Your duties as an Office Administrator

  • Assisting with invoicing process and timesheets
  • Data entry into company software and database system
  • Generate labour supply invoices
  • Ensure labour supply subcontracts, rates and frameworks are established and agreed
  • Collating job and driver paperwork
  • Ensuring all documentation is correct, clear, and filed accordingly
  • Supporting the team with compliance for internal and external audits
  • Support with all administration tasks within the department
  • Supporting with driver timesheet checks before submitting to payroll
  • Assisting with driver queries
