Customer Service Administrator
We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a growing client based in Fairford. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service and administrative skills with a great training program. You will be st point of call for customers via the phone and emails.
This role is key to the businesses success providing a high level of customer service ensuring the customers get the best possible experience when reaching out to our client with queries.
This role is a long term temporary role.
A brief overview of the role:
- Monday – Friday 09:00am – 18:00pm
- No Weekends
- Free parking on site
- £10.00 per hour
- Based in Fairford
This Customer Service Administrator will have the following responsibilities:
- Being first point of contact via the phone for customer queries
- Logging customer information and updates on the internal CRM
- Responding to customer and supplier emails
- Updating customers on delivery dates
- Supporting the warehousing function to ensure deliveries go out on time
- Liaising with transport companies to book collections
The ideal candidate for this Customer Service Administrator will have:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience logging notes on a CRM
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Ability to commute to Fairford
