Transit Time/TT Team Coordinator

The Siamo Group are looking to recruit a Transit Time/TT Team Coordinator for our client based in Northamptonshire.

Working as a Transit Time/TT Team Coordinator you will be supporting all shift leaders in ensuring the Transit Terminal is ran to its maximum capacity. 

An underlying task of the Transit Time/TT Team Coordinator is drive a team through coaching, mentoring and communicating all necessary work to complete within a timely manner.

Key Accountabilities of the Transit Time/TT Team Coordinator

• Ensuring all loads yield maximum profit so ensuring a cost saving for our clients customers. 
• Liaise with shift leader in order to set objectives for the shift activities to ensure that targets are met / exceeded
• Assist in all briefings to make sure all relevant information to passed to the correct parties.
• Liaise with all staff and drivers.

Day to Day Duties of the Transit Time/TT Team Coordinator

• Record Sickness / absence attendance ratio.
• Maximise loading of trailers to ensure all profit is captured.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience of the Transit Time/TT Team Coordinator

• Previous experience of supervising a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to communicate on all levels.

 Hours of work Sunday - Thursday 22:00-06:30 (Nights)

Salary £28,288 + £2000 shift allowance
