We have an exciting opportunity to work for one of the UK’s leading specialist Healthcare recruitment consultancies in London.

We are looking for a Registered Manager (or someone who is willing to go through the registration process with the CQC) to head up the Complex Care (Domiciliary) part of the business.

We are ideally looking for someone who is also a Registered Nurse (someone with extensive domiciliary management experience who is not a nurse may be considered) to lead a team who ensure high standards of care for people with complex care needs.

This role will require you to oversee all practices and ensure they are always in line with CQC requirements.

Working with an established team you will ensure effective recruiting of care and support workers to cover care requirements, and ensure that rota planning, scheduling, and allocating is accurately in place.

You will support business development and liaise and build effective relationships with professional organisations and deliver quality service to all clients ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.

Due to the 24-hour nature of Domiciliary Complex care you will need to be flexible with regards to working hours at times, however this role does offer hybrid working.

In return you will be offered a generous basic salary with an additional yearly performance bonus and a percentage of all new business.



  • Manage the day-to-day running of the complex care team/department
  • Ensure rota planning, scheduling, and allocating is in place
  • Support in business development to ensure continued growth
  • Deliver a quality service to clients
  • Ensure CQC requirement are met throughout all aspects of the business
  • Liaise with and build relationships with professional organisations
  • Provide structured support and coaching to aid in learning and development of your team
  • Ensure a safe environment with regular property checks in line with health & safety guidelines
  • Be aware of safeguarding at all times
  • Participate in the on-call Rota when necessary


To be considered for the role you require the following:

  • An experienced Registered manager of Domiciliary Services
  • Ideally be a Registered Nurse with experience of complex care
  • Hold a Level4 or 5 relevant qualification in care management
  • Have exceptional understanding of CQC standards in adult care.
  • Excellent working knowledge of delivering domiciliary care services
  • Be able to grow and develop a service.
  • Experience of care planning and managing user records
  • Solid budget management skills


Salary & Extra Payments:

£42,000 - £43,000 Per Annum (Plus Bonuses)
