The Siamo Group are looking for an Outbound Customer Service Administrator to work on a fixed term contract to work at one of our clients based in Brackmills.


Currently the contract for the Outbound Customer Service Administrator is a fixed contract running to October 2023, but the role could turn into a permanent one depends on clients demands. 

Role of the Outbound Customer Service Administrator is as follows-

  • Administration of different departments within the client's company reporting to managers on a daily basis.
  • Maintain quality standards and excellent customer service.
  • To take accountability for quality and production control reports.
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments to ensure that the agreed service levels are met.

Key Responsibilities of the Outbound Customer Service Administrator

  • Working with different departments to produce reports.
  • Sharing best practice and information in providing of absence cover to ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Deal with customer orders from conception to delivery.

Skills required for Outbound Customer Service Administrator

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Ability to deal with customer problems

Hours of work for the Outbound Customer Service Administrator

           Monday-Friday 0800-1700
