INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
Job Purpose: |
To manage a group of Suppliers and Products, ensuring all targets, policies and procedures of NHS Supply Chain are adhered to. Liaising with Stakeholders through all media such as phone, meetings, email etc. Providing analysis of data for tracking current & future supply chain products. |
Principal Accountabilities: |
Attendance of key meetings. Responsible for effective two-way communication processes with Team, customer and suppliers. Potential for dealing with several projects at once. Accurate data provision, with the capability to speak to Senior Managers around the data. Compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental and quality standards

Admin Skills, IT Skills, working in a confidential environment, written and verbal communication skills, analytical, continuous improvement, problem solver, eye for detail, strong Excel skills with an understanding of key tools, self-motivated and supportive.

Establish excellent working relationships and partnerships, based on an open two-way communication style, with: • Unipart management teams • Suppliers • Customer Services, Operations, CTSP, SCCL, DXC, and all other interested parties • Internal and external partners |
