As a Senior Copywriter you’ll play a key role telling the stories and landing the messaging to connect clients with their audiences, in ever-more meaningful ways.

 

This role would be ideal for a Copywriter, who has in-depth hands-on knowledge of direct marketing channels, with significant writing experience, with a portfolio of work to show your creative expertise.

 

As a successful Senior Copywriter, you will be a versatile all-rounder, skilled in the copywriting craft, with the ability to grasp briefs, brands, and client challenges with fluency and conviction, where you will deliver creative work across a varied array of key clients.

As a Senior Copywriter, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Play an active and positive role in the creative community
  • Prioritise and juggle resource when fast track/unplanned projects arise
  • Presenting creative work to clients
  • Work in partnership with studio and designers to ensure that the finished product is on brief and is creatively outstanding
  • Helping to own creative projects from start to finish
  • Working closely with designers and art directors
  • Produce compelling, original, and persuasive copy
  • Support, inspire and motivate colleagues in client service to help them understand the value and essence of copy, and sell the best creative ideas into clients
  • Take responsibility for your personal development, looking for ways to expand and grow your skill set and creative thinking via training, new projects or clients, internal mentoring and out of work activities
  • Champion the quality of copywriting and creative thoughts

 

 

 The ideal candidate for this Senior Copywriter position:

  • Will have a broad portfolio of experience across a variety of industry sectors and mediums including digital channels, direct marketing, brand development as well as knowledge of design, print and production where possible
  • Understanding of CRM and digital, with an eye for what’s new and emerging
  • A confident and charismatic individual
  • Ability to present work with impact, to colleagues and clients alike.
  • Clear verbal communication to present work internally and to clients
  • Dedicated brand ambassador – taking pride in knowing clients and their customers
