Brief Role Overview:
 

  1. Monday - Friday
  2. 8:30am - 16:30pm
  3. Early finish Friday
  4. £10.00 - £12.00 per hour
  5. Cirencester
  6. Immediate Starts
  7. Temporary - Permanent
  8. Free Onsite Parking
  9. Based on a bus route from both Cirencester and Swindon

Your responsibility as an Assembly/Production Operative will be making sure all products are to a high standard to reflect the quality of service, through a range of duties; including but not limited to:
 
 

  • Loading of PCB components into machines and seeing through the production process
  • Quality checking and inspecting of all final products
  • Flag any issues to supervisors, and communicate with engineers to relay any issues found
  • Generate labels for products
  • Matching products to product sort codes
  • Working from data sheets to cross check products from internal systems
  • Working closely with testing team to provide products prior to shipment
  • Log all data, and job details via internal computer systems

 
 
The ideal candidate for this Production Operative position will have the below skills and attributes:
 

  • Keen to learn and grow within a varied role
  • Previous exposure within electronics or PCB assembly is advantageous however not essential
  • Very high attention to detail and manual dexterity is essential
  • Ability to work with small products requiring in depth quality checking
  • Computer literate to be able to use Windows XP
  • Be able to partake in a small degree of heavy lifting
  • Happy to partake in a role heavily focused on technology and be able to work daily with computers
