This position will be temporary with a view to go permanent for the right individual.


  • Monday - Friday
  • £10 - £12 per hour depending on experience
  • 8am - 4:30pm (early finish Friday at 12pm)
  • Cirencester

Your responsibility as an Assembly/Production Operative will be making sure all products are to a high standard to reflect the quality of service, through a range of duties; including but not limited to:

  • Loading of components into machines inc. PCB and seeing through the production process
  • Quality checking and inspecting of all final products
  • Flag any issues to supervisors, and communicate with engineers to relay any issues found
  • Generate labels for products
  • Matching products to product sort codes
  • Working from data sheets to cross check products from internal systems
  • Working closely with testing team to provide products prior to shipment
  • Log all data, and job details via internal computer systems

The ideal candidate for this Production Operative position will have the below skills and attributes:

  • Keen to learn and grow within a varied role
  • Very high attention and manual dexterity is essential
  • Ability to work with small products requiring in depth quality checking
  • Computer literate to be able to use Windows XP
  • Be able to partake in a small degree of heavy lifting
  • Happy to partake in a role heavily focused on technology and be able to work daily with computers
  • Prior production experience is beneficial, but not essential
  • Ability to work well in a team or on own initiative where required
