NON STOCK ADMIN ASSISTANT

MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8AM-6PM

WORKING FROM HOME

6 MONTH CONTRACT 

 

Siamo are looking to recruit for a Reporting and Data Assistant for a well known client based in Normanton

You will be working Mon-Fri 8am-6pm from home, but will be expected to visit the site for meetings as required

Salary up to £21748 per year depending on experience

Role

To assist the Non Stock Team with preparation of data & tasks, ensuring all targets, policies and procedures of NHS Supply Chain are adhered to. Liaising with Stakeholders through all media such as phone, meetings, email etc. Providing analysis of data and presenting in simple formats for tracking future supply chain of products.

Principal Accountabilities:

Inventory Management

Maintain all inventory data related to the products and stakeholders.

Work closely with the Product Life Cycle team to ensure smooth transition of onboarding new suppliers for contract launch • Support the team to achieve non stock levels set out in the KPI's

Liaise with all stakeholders as required

Contribute with internal Inbound Logistics to have most effective deliveries for our customers

Manage issues with suppliers through stakeholders to resolution

Arrange and co-ordinate emergency deliveries direct to the customer

Review reports and update as necessary on behalf of the team and managers
