REPORTING AND DATA ASSISTANT

MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8AM-6PM

WORKING FROM HOME

6 MONTH CONTRACT 

 

Siamo are looking to recruit for a Reporting and Data Assistant for a well known client based in Normanton

You will be working Mon-Fri 8am-6pm from home, but will be expected to visit the site for meetings as required

Salary up to £26453.93 per year depending on experience

The role,

To support and develop the reporting requirements across the IM department to both internal and external stakeholders. This will include preparation and execution of daily, weekly, monthly reporting packs and ad-hoc data requests. The role will focus upon ensuring all data is provided in a timely manner, in a cohesion format which supports visual metrics and analysis. The individual will need to further develop current reporting with a view to improving the style and visual interpretation of the data sets, this will include Supplier Management tools, Customer and Supplier reporting packs. The ability to develop and train to the department a visual interpretation of the inbound supply position including customer demand, inbound delivers and current stock holding position. They must support, promote, and develop a well-being culture with an inclusive nature and must have and be able to demonstrate a strategic outlook to support the IM department’s future development. The individual must drive positive change, providing excellent communication to all stake holders. 

Competencies, skills & experience,

Be an expert in the capture, validation and analysis of data using tools such as Excel, Access, Google sheets & PowerPoint
Data analytical skills, presentation skills, excellent communication skills, energy, and passion to succeed
Proven ability to manage multiple stake holders
Analyse and Investigate data for errors
Ability to work under pressure in a challenging and constantly changing environment and to tight deadlines
Proven effective relationships with client / customer /suppliers
Flexibility and ability to deal with change Desirable
Inventory Management experience
Highly numerate
Ability to work using own initiative
Strategic outlook
Experience of Business Intelligence tools (BI) i.e Oracle, Cognos, Power Bi Key relationships and interfaces: Establish excellent working relationships and partnerships, based on an open two-way communication style, with Inventory Management colleagues
Internal departments and functions - create and maintain close working relationships with the Customer Service, Insights team, Operations, Finance, IT and Category Tower Service Providers understanding their key targets and deliverables External partners, SCCL, DHSC and all key supplier’s
