Siamo Group is excited to advertise for the role of Administration Specialist to start at one of our well-known clients located in (DE12) Measham!


The hours of work and rates of pay:

Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM £12.29/hr (37.5hrs per week)



Day to day responsibility for the running of the contract in a customer service capacity

Meet the customer’s operational requirements

Ensure deliveries are made on time in full

First line support for customer and our client to ensure that all issues are proactively handled

Support colleagues within all departments in providing an enhanced service to customers whilst maintaining and promoting best practices

Responsible for the completion/population of location KPI's as well as being responsible for Customer invoicing processes


About You?

Good communication skills

Good organization skills

Manage time effectively

Attention to detail

Ability to meet tight deadlines

IT Literate in Microsoft Office

Problem solving

Pervious experience in a similar customer service role with an understating of warehouse and logistic operations

Understanding of ‘CargoWrite’ is desired, however training can be given
