Siamo Recruitment is currently looking for an Administrator on behalf of our prestigious client based in Greenford area. Our client is one of the largest retailers on the market offering great working conditions and development opportunities. 

Please note, this role might lead to a full-time position for the right candidate.

The role:

  • Provide admin support to the office
  • Answer incoming calls accurately and efficiently
  • Process supplier invoices ensuring they are accurate and have supporting documentation
  • Any other Ad-Hoc duties where required
  • Processing of incoming post / correspondence for the team members

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
  • Highly organized
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail

Working days are: Monday to Friday, 08.00-16.00/ 09.00-17.00

The pay rate is: £10 per hour/ 6+ £10.25
