We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Advisor to join my client at their Coalville site.

The role is within the customer service team for a precision engineering company, dealing with customer and client queries, providing required information on products, despatch updates and much more.

You will have outstanding customer service skills and have the ability to handle highly demanding clients and able to communicate confidently in all areas of the organisation and must be confident and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.

The role demands a strong degree of IT proficiency.

This is a permanent position and working hours are Monday to Friday 14.00pm - 22.00pm

Please note this is a work from home position BUT must be able to work from site occasionally.

 

The role involves the following

  • Managing portfolios of High Value International Key Account Customers
  • Proactively looking after their client’s day to day needs
  • Onboarding of New Accounts/Clients
  • Coordination of Customer orders and Shipments
  • Preparation of Sales Quotation/Shipping Documents
  • Expediting Orders
  • First port of call for helping with Customer Queries and handling of Customer Complaints
  • Daily interaction with Sales, Production, Accounts and Despatch
  • Maintaining of Customer Data in various in-house systems and the use of Customer Portals

 

 To be considered for this role you must have the following

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in a Customer Service role
  • Experience of managing the demands of Key Account Customers
  • Outstanding IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Be able to work to deadlines and prioritise workloads
  • Ability to work as part of team
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Work well under pressure
  • A keen eye for detail
