We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to work for our client based in Syston, Leicester.

This is a role with varied duties including, dealing with purchase orders and ledger, processing of invoices, sales order processing, credit control as well basic admin duties such as answering the phones and dealing with customer queries.

You will be responsible for taking orders over the phone accurately and then inputting onto the system, sales order processing, as well bank reconciliation, processing of receipts and refunds as well as calling customers to ensure timely payments.

This is a temp role initially, resulting in a permanent position being offered after a successful 12-week period.


Hours of Work & Rates of Pay:

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm & Friday 9am – 4pm; 39 Hours per week

Rate of pay is £12.47 - £14.03 Per Hour Depending upon Experience.
